No we come to your location of your choice, once the girls are on the bus, the bus does not transport. We park in your driveway or on the street.
The Princess in Me Mobile Spa Bus Can Accommodate up to 6 girls at a time. For larger group, we can discuss customized arrangements.
Yes, Parents are welcome to tour the bus 10 mins prior to the party starting. During the duration of the party, we ask that Parents NOT be on the bus in order to allow enough space and mobility for our Team to Pamper your Little Princess and her Guests. . So, sit back, relax, and get ready to hear about how your little girls Dreams Come True on the Princess in Me Kids Spa bus.
Due to the Princess in Me Spa Bus being on a strict time schedule we have to start and end all parties on time. We are unable to wait for guests that arrive late. They may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to when arriving.
We follow strict hygiene protocols, including sanitizing all equipment and surfaces between appointments. Our staff is trained to ensure a clean and safe environment for all guests.
If mechanical issues arise, the Princess in Me team will notify you in advance and a immediate refund will be issued or you may reschedule your party.
There is a $150 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking to secure your party date/time. This deposit will go toward the cost of your part. Payable with Square, PayPal, Stripe.
Balance is due in full one week before your party, payable with Square or Paypal. We do not accept personal checks or cash payments.
Princess in Me Kids Spa LLC will only travel up to 15 miles out of the radius of 67220 zip code (Wichita, Kansas) a flat fee of $85 will be assessed. Please use Google maps to see if your location is more than 15 miles. Please contact us before booking if you are unsure whether we can travel to your location.
We require a 72-hour written notice for cancellations. Please note the deposit is non-refundable. Reservations canceled within the 72-hour notice period will forfeit the deposit, but our team can assist in booking an alternate date based on availability.
Our spa parties last between 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the package and number of guests. We will arrive 30-45 mins prior to your event start time to allow for set up and may stay to a half hour after for clean up.
